The list of the CEM National Reference Laboratories (NRLs)


The Centre of Epidemiology and Microbiology (CEM) Laboratories of the National Institute of Public Health (NIPH) in Prague are a complex of 25 national reference laboratories (NRL) and one non-reference laboratory. In December 2011, the CEM laboratories were successfully reaccredited and newly accredited as public health laboratories under No. 1206.4 (22 NRLs, 104 test methods) and as test laboratories under No. 8002 (26 laboratories, 121 test methods).

The CEM Laboratories were first accredited to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025 by the Czech Accreditation Institute in 2001. Since 2005, the CEM laboratories have also been accredited to ČSN EN ISO 15189.
